Christensen Arms Mesa TI a good deal?

I was looking at guns online and the Mesa Ti just sticks out as a really good deal. Am I wrong in my thinking? At about $1600 even if you just toss the stock, as that appears to be where the weight issues are, it still seems like a good deal for a Ti barreled action. People also really seem to like the rifle in the standard action. I have seen some issues with the PRCs but that is not where I would go anyway. Is the Ti still a 700 clone? That would make light after market stocks easy to find.

Seems to me the ti was only an once or 2 lighter then the regular, not sure why it would be worth the price increase, hard to believe the stocks are different.

Go to the last 2 pages to read on the overweight stocks. But if the action is only a couple of ounces lighter than that would not be worth it.
