Here's what I would do......copy this and a few other recent posts and send them to Christensen along with a well thought out email. Explain to them there are many other choices out there and customer service is a big differentiator between companies. We know, just as they do, how much internet "talk" can influence a business.

CA is screwing the pooch with this kind of QC and CS. Things are going well in the gun business right now. When the feeding frenzy subsides, their day of reckoning will come. My Mesa 6.5 PRC had to go back. They handled it beautifully. With what I am reading lately, I have bought my last CA. That despite the fact that my Mesa is a real shooter now.
