Not that these are cheap:), but they are the only pant that I have used that will come close to the Kuiu Attack. They are on sale, so I figured I better post up a link.

Again, I would still go with the Attack, but if you're really pinching pennies, these are a little cheaper and a great option.

Aron - we talked about these and I didn't realize this is what I already had. So question, I typically run the Acme as a winter, fringe season pant. I've worn them in warmer weather and they seemed too hot. Granted I was wearing a base layer at the time so could have lost those but have you run the Acme in spring, summer, fall temps? Curious to hear if you've been able to make these work for those times as I'd like to keep using kit I own vs buying new.

In the dead middle of summer they will be hot, but spring and fall they aren't bad. I usually roll my pants up in the middle of the day anyway, so that makes a difference too.
