CO 60 Archery & Weather

Greetings All. I drew 60 archery mule deer on second choice this year and am wondering about the herd in that area and how dependent this hunt would be on snow falling in the higher country to the west in Utah. Is 60 more of a migration unit that sees more deer in the later seasons? Or is there a fair resident population?
