CO deer 4th 011/211-worth getting private land?

Hey guys. As above, is it worth paying a trespass fee or unguided hunt on a private ranch or leased land from an outfitter for 4th season? Ive reached out to a few that offer these services but havent heard back, so I was wanting to know what you guys have experienced or your opinion. Planning a weekend trip in early Nov to get a better feel/lay of the land for the hunt as well. Thanks again.
