CO OTC Elk Hunt

Hi all, I am working on booking my first (hopefully first of many) elk hunts out west. I really want a wilderness, pack in experience and opportunity to harvest a mature bull but do not care about size that much. Certainly not going after what many would consider a "trophy" bull. I'd consider any mature bull a trophy. Has anybody hunted with Cliff Gray before? From research it looks like he runs a good operation. I definitely want to go on a guided hunt with an outfitter to start.

If I was looking for a guided elk hunt....I would look on the Bowsite Outfitter ratings page...then of course call every one of the hunters that harvested or not from the previous year.

If you can't get a hold of a few of those guys...that means that had a bad trip but don't want to dis the outfitter.
