CO preference points question

Am I still good to buy preference points for this year in CO since the deadline for the secondary draw is tonight at midnight? Or would I have needed to buy them before the primary draw? Thanks!

They are only acquired through the primary draw.

No preference points. You cannot use or apply for a preference point in the secondary draw.
