CO Unit 201 and Unit 2

Hello -

Helping my father plan his long dreamed elk hunt in CO. He has the points to draw in 201 or 2 even with the growing point creep. DIY early rifle hunt.

Looking to bounce a few ideas off of some folks that have spent time in the area during the early rifle season. DM me if you wouldn't mind chatting!

Didn't draw either unfortunately... There was a statistical chance that would happen but thought the odds were in our favor. Will try again next year!

This year really screwed up the draw. I think a lot of people are looking to dump their points. I have hunted Unit 2 quite a bit for deer and cows. I would be happy to help if I can.
