I really hate to do this but I gotta finger out wtf I’m doing this November. I’ve narrowed my choices down to 40 3rd, 66 2nd or 68 3rd; leaning slightly toward 40.
my main concern with 40 is if big weather comes too early most of the deer will have moved into Utah. Or it’ll be sunny and 70 and they’re up in the private.
my only gripe with 66 is I’ll be hunting 2nd season when I could be hunting 3rd season somewhere else.
and the guys I know that have hunted 68 struggled bad; but some guys kill great bucks out of there and it sounds like the numbers are decent.
does anybody have any thoughts on these or a magic 8 ball that has 8 month weather forecast? Thanks.
