Maybe I’m just dense, but does a license being list B tag automatically mean it is private only? Specifically looking at page 56 in the brochure.

No there are a bunch of list B tags that are valid on public land. Most of the archery tags are list B and a few of the rifle tags are. Look at pg 58 for the list of archery tags. If they are private land only they will say so on that list.

List b simply means u can have more than one bear tag in that unit or in that unit and another unit combined
