I put this together late last night and am still adding more to it today. If you know of another good choice to add for a colorado conical, please drop a line, pic and link to the bullet maker. I know I have to add bullshop and no excuse to the list as approved bullets.

Fury custom bullets just came out with some universal fit bullets that are CO legal. If I had a muzzy tag in CO I would be trying them out.

Shot these for the first time today.

Open sights (Williams rear peep and front hooded crosshairs w/ 100 yd zero) so not the best groups but it will work for me.

100 yds. 3” bullseye.

200 yds 3” bullseye.

Try the Thor Hammer. They shoot incredibly well out of my CVA Accura V2. Tightest groups that I've ever shot from my gun.

Got a little ballistic case study using my Thor 250 grain today. Whitetail doe, about 20 yards away. Wildest blood trail I think I've ever seen. She went about 35 yards. Found the projectile embedded about 3" into the dirt- it appears to have expanded slightly, hit a rib, and tumbled.

I second that. They will send you a pack with 4 different diameter bullets. A bullet that loads with a little difficulty will usually group tighter. Once you figure what diameter shoots the best you can buy a couple of boxes.

I second, third and fourth the thor bullets. I have a CVA Optima. I got the sizing pack, the .501 worked well for me and I also bought a pkg of the one size fits all. Honestly they both loaded and shot the same, My daughter shot her cow elk this year at 75 yd with 90gr of blackhorn 209 and 300gr .501 dropped her on the spot. We shot the THOR many times and were both comfortable out to 150 yrds. But that is my experience.

I have not tried the Thor bullets before, but after reading this thread, I believe I will

Here is a solid reason. Get the sizing pack, determine which diameter projectiles you need, and shoot little tiny groups.

250 grain Thor over 85 grains by volume Triple Seven. MV about 1650.
