Colorado PP changes ... again?

Seems like they change things every year! I was reading through the CPW big game brochure and it looks like they changed the PP system again if I am reading it correctly. They are not charging for deer, elk, and antelope PP this year?

Also, question on the "qualifying license": if I purchased a small game license last year, will that be enough for my PP application (not planning on hunting CO this year) or do I still need to buy another one?

No PP changes that I'm aware of, same as last year.

You'll need to buy another qualifying license I believe. They basically want you get one every year. When you apply, it should tell you if you need one or not.

Ahhh I fogot they mask the $9 as an "application" fee, per species, per draw rather than a point fee. Thanks guys!
