i can only apply for a pp this year, but hopefully i can figure it out a little better and get a leftover liscense or two when they come out. i will be a resident by then.

Ok don't mean to hijack the thread but I'm considering applying for deer and the way I understand is that you pay 325 and if you don't get drawn you get refunded 300 and they keep 25 for a point or am I missing something?

Correct. They will mail you a refund check for everything but the point fee.

I was thinking the same as gotllamas. But you also have the $10 habitat stamp. So minimum $13 if you had a tag last year, $38 if you didn't.
