Colorado unit 23 or 24

Has anyone here taken any Bear during 2nd rifle season in Colorado unit 23 or 24?

I hunt 24 archery every year pretty much. I’ve never seen a bear with bow in hand. I have however seen a few while driving.

Thanks for your reply. I usually hunt during 3rd rifle . However this coming year I will probably hunt 2nd rifle and was wondering about getting a bear tag also.

For the low price, I would for sure pack a bear tag along. Knew an archery hunter who saw 3 in 5 days last fall in 24. Plus those mid Oct bear hides are excellent.

I always buy a tag as well. I know that as soon as I don’t have one, I will see a bear. Good luck out there!
