For me, it's the Cronus. I actually like it better than the Razor HD too. It's sharp right to the edges due to field flatteners, so even though they have similar FOV the Cronus has a much bigger area in focus. The Cronus has better CA control as well in my opinion. Center sharpness is a wash, and brightness is pretty much equal. I'd give build quality to the Cronus. Cronus has much better eye relief too.
Basically the only thing I can knock the Cronus on is there's a small amount of glare if you're glassing toward a low angle sun, but tons of binos at the $500 price point have that issue. In most conditions it's not noticeable.
I've spent the last 5 days using and comparing the Toric and B.6 10x50's in all sorts of conditions (within my property) and wanted to share my perspective. I also have an Athlon Cronus G2 10x42 and Bushnell Engage EDX 10x50 which I compared as well to see how these cheaper MIC binos stack up...
