COVID problem: no hunters safety courses

My friend has had a hell of a time getting into a hunter’s safety course here in Kansas. He has hunted with me as an apprentice but I believe is now required to pass a course to hunt this coming 2021 season.

We intend to track down the Kansas option pretty diligently, but wanted to ask the group: is there a way he can take a course from another state online?

Alternatively, he’d be willing to drive to another state if it weren’t too crazy far.

Pa has online options. Not sure about availability to nonresidents.

Colorado has an online option through February 15 and a "test out' option as well.

Ohio is 100% online now, son just completed it. I would have to think anyone from any state could take it.
