It took 21 years to draw a western Washington cow elk tag took a few days passed a couple trying to shoot a bull then finally got a good shot at a large cow shot her with my 257 weatherby

Good for you! Wow, with a .257 Weatherby? What grain bullet/type? Shot distance? I have one and would be tentative about pursuing elk with it unless I was close. Want to hear about the knock down. Congrats!

Nice! Antlers sure are nice but I bet you can’t tell if this is a bull or a cow. Congratulations!

Congrats! 21 years to draw a cow tag? What is the reason for the limited availability?

Congrats on filling the tag and the freezer!! Sad it takes 21 years to draw an antlerless tag, I’m a “Wetsider”, and can tell you if I pull some of the tags I’ve been applying for, I’ll be done with it. Takes, much too long!! Again, Congrats!!
