New baby on the way so unfortunately I need to off load this rifle. It was built a little over two years ago by Tim at Crescent Customs for a South Africa hunt I was fortunate enough go on. Anyone who knows Tim and/or Crescent Custom knows he builds superior rifles and this one is no exception. Its a hammer!!! The rifle has 239 documented rounds through it and it holds an SD of 5 at 2855 FPS. The following is a list of the components used:
Defiance Deviant long action chambered in 300wm.
Proof research carbon fiber barrel, 24" threaded, Sendero light contour, 1:10 twist.
APA Little Bastard break.
Timney Adjustable 2 stage trigger set at 2.5 lbs.
Manner (MCS) EH4 stock with Matthews Fabrication kydex cheek riser.
Internal magazine holds 2 + 1 in the chamber (Sorry dont remember which model he used).
QD sling studs forward and rear left side and on bottom rear. Front pic rail with QD sling stud underneath up front.
Rifle weighs 12.2 lbs as pictured.
The rifle was broken in and a load was built that I will give to the lucky new owner. Aside from the break in, load building, hunt and a few hundred dry fires, the rifle has spent most of its life in the safe with the exception of a few range outings since my hunt.
The scope, rings and bipod are not included, but I am willing to work out a deal with the buyer if they choose to opt for the entire package.
I also have various reloading components for the package if interested.
