Just wanted to give a shout out to Crispi customer service. Had a few small issues with my boots, one was likely my own fault. Sent them in and got a call from the guy working on them. He suggested I go a size smaller but I decided I'd stay with what I had so I could get re-measured. They sent me a brand new pair. Got measured again and tried on a half size smaller, it felt better. Sent the new ones back and they promptly shipped me the different size. They have been very responsive and quick. Just figured I'd share for anyone looking at going that direction.
