Just wanted to say thanks to the Rokslide community. This is the real reason we fuss over tuning, equipment, shooting form etc.

My son has been very successful with a rifle but this is the first year he was ready to start using the bow. He got his first compound at 5 but never really mastered it like he did the rifle. Then all of a sudden at 13 yrs old this spring everything clicked. He is shooting 42 lbs comfortably and accurately out to 35 yds. He participated in the cold bow challenge (THANKS ROBBY) and this really boosted his confidence as he saw how the rest of the world shoots as well. We practiced lots at the range and endured some boring tuning sessions.

Bear Cruzer G2 42lbs 26" draw
Easton Powerflight arrows with a 125-grain stinger buzzcut, wrap, and 4 vane flex fletch 360 with a helical

We stalked in to 25 yds and Josh put a PERFECT shot on this bear. It ran 15 yds and died within seconds. The arrow buried right to the nock so entrance and exit holes.
