Stainless Tikka T3X action and Bartlein barrel with seamless thread protector. Both action and barrel are cerakoted . Not sure exactly what color, kind of a light earth brown. Bolt is cerakoted black. I believe the barrel is a medium Palma, threaded 5/8X24, 22”, 1-8 twist. It measures .93 just before the muzzle threads.
