CVA .45 LR-X with pellet breech plug instead of the loose powder plug?

A novice question from a novice MZ shooter. The CVA .45 LR-X only comes with the breech plug for loose powder as BH 209 is the only recommended powder (per CVA manual). Is there anything wrong with using the pellet style breech plug with pelletized powder instead?
