-tent is in overall fair used shape. Stored and dried properly, fairly clean on the sod cloth, all zippers work great
*does have small rip and burn marks in the pipe jack, small grommet tear on a ridge pole
-this would make a great weekend warrior tent or cook shack
*no frame poles included, unless you want to pick up face to face in Oklahoma
