Day six customer service is top notch

I finally decided to take the leap into the day 6 system after tinkering with other micro shafts for the last few years. I ordered a dozen with fletchings and wraps even tho I usually do my own. Well I had what Id call a small issue with the fletchings since I could always just redo them myself. Well I emailed them and received a phone call in about 5 minutes. Lets just say they went waaaay above and beyond to not only correct the problem but to leave me a happy customer. They were just too awesome not to promote. If the arrows are as good as people say then I cant imagine going with anyone else after this first experience with them.
