De-milled 209 primers

Does anyone know about de-milled 209 primers and have any experience with them in a muzzle loader. I assume this means they were once pressed into a shotshell and have been removed, but never ran across it before.

We've taken primers out of shot shells and put them in other shot shells. Never had an issue.
