Dead heads???

Saw a bear skull post and thought itd be cool to see other skulls folks found while out and about. Anything goes lets see em. Ill start with a whitetail i found on a new farm in IA.

NM deadhead we found while still in velvet. Buried it for a few months to clean it up.

Found this dead head tangled up in the branches midway up a tree. Alabama public land. I First saw it from about 30 yards away and it was a little creepy. Still don’t know how it ended up there. My best guess is that it got dislodged from the ground during a bad rain storm and then something tried to carry it up the tree?

Through the decades have found many elk wolf kill last year buddy holding winter 2011 2 deadheads while shed hunting big snow in late March took a Toll winter 2010 1 deadhead 2012 looked to be wolves found shed hunting last tree attack was in bugle edition when trees attack have found many more some well before I packed cameras more dead stuff than you know out there almost forgot my mantel antler watched this bull in 1999 late snow again in March caused his demised found him dead in his bed legs curled and one dropped antler each side weighs 14 pds

If I find them really smelly I hang them in trees.

Dead head found a few years back out looking for sheds. Would much rather get a shot at them on the hoof, but the white treasures are always fun to find.
