Just built some Easton fmj micros. Looking for a good Idaho legal deep six broadhead. Any one had any luck?

Have you had good success with the Helix? My first two animals with them yielded mixed results. I am used to a 3 blade design, so maybe I am just not smart enough for these.

Not yet, just made my deep six arrows last year. Fly great and like the single bevel. Wish I could say I've killed tons

I took some to Africa about a year ago, and videoed an arrow deflecting off of a rib on an eland (about 30 degrees). At 23 yards from a 75 lb bow.

Worked great on Impala, but when I talked with the Strickland folks, they told me "they don't do that". The video doesn't lie, and the PH will attest to the fact he has never seen that happen. Ever.
