Deer herds

I know a few years ago , Northern Utah and southern central to southern eastern of Idaho had a bad winter kill.
Does anyone have knowledge of how the deer herds are doing in the southern part of Idaho

I read that, I was hoping someone with first hand knowledge had information.
I’ve noticed that the coyotes in the past few years have dropped off drastically in those areas

Not a lot of four year old bucks this year in the places hit by the 16-17 winter. A few older deer but they’ve been the focus of hunting pressure on older deer the last few years so thin age classes. Lots of little guys so there’s some hope for the future.
