Diaphragm Call Clip

Not sure if this is the correct spot for this, but figured I’d give it a shot. A year or two ago I bought a diaphragm call clip that has a circle of 3m tape (or similar) on the back. I attached it to my pack and it has worked great for archery elk.

I went to purchase another one and for the life of me I can’t seem to find where I bought it from online. I’ve searched my CC history but it’s like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Anyone happen to know if they stopped making the above clip? Worse case I could modify a hat clip, but would really like to figure out where I bought it from. There are no identifying marks on the clip. Thanks!
