Did a little Sea Duck hunting on the Delaware Bay

I make jerky with sea ducks and they are pretty good. Never tried them any other way.

I fed one to the dog. He gets the first bird from every trip.
Least I can do for the hardest worker on the trip!

Sea duck hunting is super fun, but no way in hell are they edible unless you Marinade for weeks, grind, jerk, pulp, mash etc then season the heck out of them.
I guess if you’re from Iceland you’ve developed a taste for them. Probably taste between puffin and seagull.
