I have a dedicated mount that works well, I just never haul it, so I always end up free handing and taking 20+ pics to get some semi decent ones.

Good sized billy on Kodiak 1.5 miles away:

Some early season bull moose a mile out:

Grizz sow and 3 cubs we watched for the better part of a day about a mile out:

Lone boar grizz 2+ miles out:

My buddy's sheep a week before he killed it 3/4 mile away:

My other buddy's sheep 1.5 miles out and 3,000+ feet below him (the one he took was is in the middle here I beleive):

Toad of a Grizz this summer 3/4s of a mile away, watched him walk within a couple hundred yards of a camp right before dark and i let him catch my scent. If the season was open he would have caught more than my scent. :D

Not quite full curl ram (largest ram we saw on this trip) about 1.25 miles out:

Some nice caribou on the same trip 600 yards outside our tent opening day and I had a tag, just too far back to haul out a large mature caribou out and plus we were still very much sheep hunting:

Small banana horn on a different hunt 1/2 mile away:

Lamb and a ewe 400 yards away:

Y'all are bored so I'll stop there. I would like to get a "good setup" for digiscoping to get better images as I have a HD Swaro but the point and shoot waterproof camera I use is great for all my non-digiscoping, but for scouting and summer use it'd be fun to pull in some quality images so any suggestions are very much welcome.

Here's some of mine from deer scouting last year. I was just freehanding it, but hope to have an adaptor this year:

And a couple of videos, sorry about the wind.

These elk were about 1.3 miles away across a basin. Photobucket is killing my resolution, the video is in HD on my computer and the pictures are much clearer.

Can you digiscope with an Iphone or droid with a spotter?

Yes you can. With the iPhone 4s and its excellent camera, the results can be astounding.

Additionally, the new Meopta spotter is getting great buzz in birding circles, and should compete with any of the top spotters. I hope Vortex comes out with a similar adapter for the Razor HD.

Here's some pics I got last season while on my deer, antelope, and elk hunts... All taken through my Swaro w/ my iPhone... Not the best but I thought I'd share anyway...
It's too bad this guy wasn't bigger, he mighta been in trouble! But he was just a spindly horned 2x2...

This one isn't my personal pic but I thought I'd share as it's a HUGE goat my buddy was chasing around. Unfortunately he didn't tag him, but a rifle hunter did later in the year and he scored I think 82 or 83 and change...

I really prefer to digiscope with video, but here are some pics:

Here is a digiscoped buck before I learned more about digiscoping:

Here is a bull after:

You can get some great detail, if everything goes right:
