DIY Dehydrated Jambalaya

We had a few extra servings of jambalaya (Zatarans, ground andouille sausage, onion, and rotel) the other day so I decided to give it a go on the $20 Aldi dehydrator. I tested it for lunch today, cooked right in the ziploc bag, and it was very tasty.
