Do the Cerakoted Tikka rifles have a stainless steel bore?

Looking at a Veil Alpine and I'm wondering if the base material is stainless steel.

As far as I’m aware the Veil series are all stainless. I have a Veil Wideland and it is stainless. The stainless Tikka actions are marked on the bottom of the receiver at the recoil lug with a large S

I purchased a tikka veil action that was stainless. Had the factory coating blasted off and the action was all stainless under it.
