Does heavy snow this early affect behavior?

So of course the upper Midwest gets dumped on well before we even get to Halloween. I plan on being in the stand this weekend with the high pressure system we have coming in but I'm wondering if this heavy, wet snow is going to keep them bogged down? We've already gotten a few inches yesterday and we're set to get another 6-8" tomorrow. The acorns are going to be buried deep along with the alfalfa in the local field. I'll be anxious to see if deer are going to keep to their usual routine they've been following or if they are going to start switching over to winter habits.
