I was doing some looking around on Earthmate and noticed that the ownership type colors were all a red color where they used to be blue for state, orange for BLM and ect then it didn't appear that I could download ownership type maps for a couple areas I didn't have them for. Called Garmin and I guess there no longer doing ownership maps.
Luckily I have been messing around with Gaia so I just made the switch over, I'll keep a few maps and photo's in the Earthmate app for backup but it looks like I'm now a Gaia user. I don't use the Inreach much during the day so I won't need to be switching between apps a lot but it kind of sucks having to deal with 2 apps instead of the one all inclusive.
