I'm looking to get a post going to help all ectomorphs/hard gainers with nutrition, routines and knowledge based on what does or doesnt work for us and our body type. Ultimately we strive to gain size which means lean muscle, while still retaining our natural low body fat composition. I know it seems like an easy problem to fix by just eating a lot and lifting hard, but it is much harder than it sounds.
