I’m a day behind so here’s yesterday’s. From a partial lunge. On Top arrow is from 55 bottom arrow from 37.

Man I have fallen way behind on this, just shot scenario #4. Good news is haven't shot in a week and pretty close to drilling my first @ 80, the second that I have been shooting at 65 I pulled right.

Now to find scenario #5. I'll shoot that with these two warm up shots under my belt, apparently he hung around. My rule is if I still have a shot I keep shooting. Sometimes what you thought was a good shot wasn't.

Alright so in my defense I did a lot of backwards rotation, almost straight behind me. My cam was past my left heal. Couldn't hold very well. First shot at 80 hit back, the second at 65 was pretty good.

Done for the evening. So whenever I shoot again I have only had these 4 practice shots. Gotta go get some ice for the lower back now.

On kid duty for these scenarios so for #8 & #10 I had a cutie bouncing around on my back.

#8 - getting used to bouncing on my back...she evidently was too excited at the drop to a knee.

#9 Took the kiddo off for these shots. Shot from my knees. 60yd was right in. 40 was a bit low.

#10 kid on back...less wiggling this time. 72 - just in there but centered. 50 - a bit low.

The 72yd shot:

Overall great challenge; Thank you Alpha and Rokslide for the challenge and more scenarios for me to work on.

Shot scenario nine. That was way harder than what I imagined. I’m shooting an 85% let-off bow so I held that 55 yard arrow almost a minute. Let down then redrew and fired, the shot was good, it’s almost in the bull’s-eye but it was just much harder than what I thought. The 37 yard shot I was only able to hold about 25 seconds and then I had to let down because of previous fatigue, but I nailed it too. Helps when there’s no wind

OK I just finished up Shot Scenario 10. I decided to go with 70 yards (50 for the 2/3rd shot). Pretty dang happy with this: two in the vitals about an inch apart from each other.

I’m almost 400 arrows into 2020 and with the CBC and the Shot Scenario Challenge, feeling better about my shooting than I usually do at this time of year

Thanks to everyone who has participated and commented here. Make sure you also post on the Rokslide Youtube challenge videos and the Alpha bowhunting Instagram challenge videos. I am looking forward to seeing who will be receiving a new bow or a goodie bag.

Thanks Phil your challenges really help me realize I need to work on more than just shooting.

How much longer do we have to finish?
Having trouble finding time to shoot right now. Trying to just do no more than 2 scenarios at a time so it's still kinda a cold bow thing.

Shot 8 and 9:

Won't be doing ten as I'm maxed out already on distance in the yard.

Shot 8, 15 mph wind left to right today. I switched which knee went down.

Shot 9, same wind, same shooting session. Had a hard time in shot 2 keeping steady for a long time and shot high.

Thanks for organizing this challenge, good learning experiences as a novice shooter since I wouldn't even think of half of these never having experienced them.
