Elk guides in Wyoming?

Who’s the go to guides in Wyoming? My wife and I have been drawing points in Wyoming for several years. This will be a once in a lifetime hunt for the both of us when we go to burn the points.

Our schedules don’t allow DIY hunting every year out west. Our budget allows the best guide in Wyoming possible as we have been saving for this.

What’s everybody’s recommendations for a once in a lifetime guided hunt in Wyoming?

Are you thinking more an eastern unit with nice lodging, or a wilderness hunt next to Yellowstone?

Will have 8-12 points when we pull the trigger.
Probably a lodge hunt for my wife. I’m not sure I could sell her on a base/spike/tent camp.

With those points, shouldn’t be difficult to find a lodge hunt for $25k-50k/person and have a good hunt.

You will have a great hunt. Probably a short one unless you’re very picky. Phil Rutt is a great guy and has really good private land hunting. Good luck!
