I wanted to know if anyone archery hunting has every shot an elk in the liver? If so how long did it take for him to pass away? How much blood did you find? This year I believe I shot mine in the liver and their was almost no blood (3 specs) and it took him 5 - 6 hours to die. It was sad to see him suffer but I was so glad we waited and did not push.
