HAHAHA it's funny you say that because I actually had a dream about being surrounded by elk last night. My wife and I watched Dark Knight Rises last night so I was dreaming of elk that sounded like Bane when they spoke. They surrounded me and said it was their turn and then I woke up...thank god.

So you're stuck at home with leftovers...what to do, what to do? Ah! I got it. Heat a tortilla, melt some sharp cheddar on it, add jalapenos, leftover bison roast (cubed) and some chunky salsa with black pepper and Tabasco. Bueno! Spicy Buffalo Tacos.
