Asking $600 USD, obo, free shipping within USA. I will ship to Canada or internationally at actual shipping cost. Presently retails $1,039 USD at COEC.
This is a niche winter canvas tipi tent. See Canadian Outdoor Equipment Co. Site for full description. Weighs 13 pounds, and works well with a 10 pound Kni-co Trekker stove or similar size stove. Can be setup with an aluminum pole, or a DIY wood pole from your environment. It is similar to the Atuk brand tipi tent of similar size.
From COEC: "The Esker Arctic Fox 9'x9' Winter Camping Tent hot tent is a lightweight, highly portable shelter that is made from Sunforger 10oz "army duck" cotton canvas and has a standard air vent, and two way zippered opening. Requiring no pole kit, and weighing a mere 6kg (13lbs), the Esker Arctic Fox 9x9 is the perfect tent for 1 - 2 people seeking their own "Snow Walking" adventure."
I bought this last winter on ebay, still relatively new, and used it throughout the winter, mainly as a cookng tent/ hang out tent, but slept in my truck at an off-road grid base camp site. The tent did collapse once in a storm while I was away for a few weeks. There are a few small holes around the "Esker" logo, but otherwise in great shape. (See photos.)
I'm including the original Esker blue travel bag. No stove, pole or stakes included. (They are not included when you buy from COEC.)
