That's good. Here's an interesting article about Joe Thomas....former Browns offensive lineman. He lost 50lbs in one year after retirement. The first 25 gone in the first month. Surprisingly he says all he needs is 1500-2000 calories a day now to feel full. That's probably shocking to most people. And his two keys to success........no carbs, and no breakfast. I can understand the "no breakfast" part, as I've done that my whole life and have always been lean. Force your body to burn what you already have.
