Measure your waistline right across the top of your hip bones. The medium belt fits 34-36” and the general rule is if you’re between sizes, go with a smaller belt size.

This is the k2 frame. It does not come in a tall or short like the k3. I am 5’ 9” and it fits me perfectly. The harness is adjustable and should accommodate your Torso length.
IMO the k2 is hard to beat. Titanium frame. It’s strong and packs loads so well and yet is one of the lightest frames out there.
Several loads packed out for me with this frame.
