2017 ranger green K2 frame with modified ranger green size small kifaru duplex belt. Belt has the new style power pulls. This is best of all worlds. The k2 frame is the most comfortable I have ever worn, but the kifaru hip belt is superior. Now you get both. Bag is a custom made 3200-3500cu/in roll top bag made out of waterproof and bomb proof xpac x42 olive green with ranger green cordura 500 side pockets. Side pockets have user adjustable and replaceable coyote shock cord. Bag has a hydration port with cover flap and hanging hardware inside. Roll top has a plastic strip in the hem of one side to give it structure to aid rolling as well as staying open when loading/unloading. Roll top can be clipped to itself or to either side with included straps. Lid is is about 600-700cu/in (about half way between the exo lid and kifaru guide lid). Total capacity with bag, lid, side pockets etc around 4500cu/in. Shoulder straps use the webbing on the kifaru belt freeing up the exo webbing to act as additional x brace straps for strapping down a load. All buckles have been swapped out for ITW airlock buckles but can include original buckles for the frame if you plan to ever put an exo bag back on it. Includes a custom hip belt pocket and I have a custom water bottle pocket but it was designed for a filter top bottle and does not fit a standard nalgene. Xpac x42 is vastly superior to standard cordura 500 and double the price. It is truly waterproof and easily seam tapeable(not currently taped) for 100% waterproof bag. Even without seam taping I have had zero issues with my gear staying dry with no pack cover. It has a full PE film rather then silicone coating for waterproofing. Entire setup weighs 4lbs 9oz!! Not bad for a frame with bag, lid, extra pockets and plenty of straps. This setup would be close to $700 new. Asking $450tyd lower 48 for the complete setup. $295 for the frame with kifaru belt and pockets. $280 for the frame with original exo belt size small(brand new never used) and $175 for bag/lid combo
