This is straight from Exo, not a homemade version. This will let you put a K3 hip-belt on a K1 pack. I thought they were going to put these on the website but haven't seen them so far.
I pre-ordered one and then found a K3 pack before it was delivered. Sold my first gen pack with the original belt last week and don't need this now. It was put on the pack to try then taken off. Never worn on a hike or hunt, etc.
Belt size is small. Multi-cam. Made in USA
