Yes, it comes with a frame. The frame size is adjustable 25" - 26.5". Exo frame size tall.

Great setup here. I run the same pack. Great deal here with all these extras. I've been extremely pleased with my pack, esp with the crib setup inside already. Makes carrying heavy loads so much less challenging with the extra stability.
