Factory Seam sealed or fully taped

I am looking at the hmg UltaMid 4 or the seek outside ul Cimarron. They are very similar in size and price. The ultamid has taped seams and water proof zipper and the Cimarron has sealed seams and a flap that goes over the zipper. The Cimarron has sod skirts so that is a plus. For those of you that have had Dyneema fiber tents for yrs which stays water tight longer seam sealed or taped seams?

I dont have years of experience with either of the two tents. But personally I would take a taped joint as being superior to a seam sealed joint. However, I'd say the seam sealed is likely "good enough" for most uses and it's unlikely to fail catastrophically, instead it'll weap, long before it leaks significantly. Condensation is likely to be more visible. At least that's been my experience with seam seal failures.
