Thanks Coach. A lot of good considerations.

Motivated people can have a difficult time allowing themselves to recover which is actually the process that makes them stronger or better conditioned. I'm not a big fan of perceived exertion (RPE?). Assuming you are adequately recovered sometimes the bar just has to feel heavy and grinding is necessary.
