Feedback not posting

Is there a processing time or some other requirement to receive feedback? Other member says he left feedback from a recent sale but nothing has shown yet in 2 days. I'm only at 20 post count but other member is over 150... not sure what I'm missing here, other than a positive feedback that was left.

I would have him do it again. I don't see any feedback for you.
