I just picked up this lantern to replace my aging BD Apollo. The Apollo has been a great little
lantern and has lasted about 3 years and about 130 nights of camping. It has finally become
a little unreliable. I am very happy with the new lantern and its many features. Time will tell
on the longevity. It runs rechargeable 18650's or CR123 and has a charging port. 3 brightness
levels and a flashlight in its base. I have not checked the runtimes personally but the times
are stated on the Fenix website. My scale has it at 5.8 oz's with the 18650. I will post a link
I found that has a pretty extensive review from another forum. I also picked up the CL30 R
but will use it for car camping at local WMA's.
